Building CRM Knowledge

Hi Guys, this weeks blog is all about learning!

I will be using https://trailhead.salesforce.com/ as a learning tool to build my knowledge of customer relationship management. Trailhead is free and an excellent source of knowledge. This will be my first time using it so I will be sharing my experience and what I learned from their available courses!πŸ‘

What I learned   ✅

The first module I viewed was about predicting and forecasting sales. Forecasting is so important as it is basically viewing a companies overall 'health'. Using Salesforces collaborative forecasting tool. the best way to forecast sales with confidence is by using real time data, making the forecast around how your company does business and using visuals , built in charts to predict change and create comparison between different periods. πŸ’°

The second module I viewed was a comparison between the Salesforces admins and business analyst roles. The first difference I noticed was that the admins role is operational while the business analyst is a project based role. The admin sets up users, security measures and processes and they maintain data on the Salesforce platform. The BA use this data to plan and oversee future projects. πŸ’»

The final module I viewed was learning about the tableau cloud. The Tableau cloud is a secure, cloud based solution for creating and sharing content created in the cloud, similar to what I used on placement. Salesforce hosts the Tableau cloud so the company does not have to worry about updates or improving infrastructure. The tableau cloud could be essential to a company as it securely holds so much data and projects inside of it. ⛅

Trailhead was a great site that gave a look into the benefits of Salesforce and its quick and free to learn.
I would recommend it to anyone who is interested, if anyone uses it please let me know in the comments, how your experience was with it ? ✋

With the sheer amount of size of products and customers on Amazon's website daily, efficient enterprise applications are crucial to their success. Amazons employs a huge amount of enterprise applications to manage its supply chain, track delivery and establish a personalised customer experience, this leads to a vast selection of products, quick delivery and exceptional customer service. πŸ“  Ryanair  πŸš€ Ryanair is Ireland's most popular airline due to its low-cost business model πŸͺ. Search Engine Optimization

Hi Guys, Welcome back to another blog. This week, I will be telling you my ideas on how to optimize web traffic from search engines such as Google or Bing. Increasing Visibility on search engines and the web traffic from the search engine could make or break a business who does not have a huge budget for marketing! πŸ˜€ My Tips 1. Write Quality, Original Content ✌ If a reader finds your website and enjoys what they see, finds new original sources, they will return to your site. This will increase your websites traffic and lead to your site being recommended to people who make similar searchers as the original reader.  2. Create Snippets πŸ“ If someone is searching a question, they don't want to read through page after page of results to find the answer. Creating snippets such as bullet-point lists with simplistic writing could drive your website to the top of the search page leading to more clicks on your website.  3: Organise your Title and Description πŸ“ Your title and website ...
