Hi Guys, this weeks blog is all about learning!  I will be using  https://trailhead.salesforce.com/  as a learning tool to build my knowledge of customer relationship management. Trailhead is free and an excellent source of knowledge. Forecasting is so important as it is basically viewing a companies overall 'health'. Last week, I briefly mentioned that companies invest in Ireland due to the quality of the technological industry meaning they can implement the use of information systems. This week, I'll be looking into why for some companies the implementation of information systems can be problematic for their business.  Finances Of course a massive factor when installing information systems is the cost of it.
