E-Commerce & Internet Technologies

Hi Everyone, in this weeks blog, I will be reviewing online platforms that can be integrated into a website to elevate a business's engagement in E- Commerce. After reviewing these platforms, I will be recommending online platforms for three different business, A gym, a new clothing boutique and a Cafe. These recommendations are intended to increase the businesses growth and software.🖧

A New Gym

I would recommend https://www.vagaro.com/ to a start up gym. They are a web based solution for fitness centres to promote their services and connect to their customers through their website. As its a start-up gym, they can avail of Vagaro's email marketing feature to bulk promote their services. They can also make a personalised website hosted by Vagaro and customize it with their service menu, pricing etc. 💪

A New Clothing Boutique

For a new clothing boutique, I would recommend https://www.opencart.com/. It is the cheapest E-Commerce Software that is popular in the fashion industry. It creates a administer dashboard and tracks all the statistics a new store needs. You can also manage multiple stores from one admin interface. It allows customers to shop in any currency and create personalised filters for customers.

A Cafe

For a Cafe,
I would recommend https://www.shopify.com/ as they are excellent for small businesses. They offer free trials so the business can see how it fits and decide to look elsewhere if they are not impressed. Using Shopify, the cafe can track all their orders on a dashboard that displays analytics. Shopify also helps businesses deal with finances, refunds, pricing and customer feedback.

That is all from me today, have any of you tried these apps or know any other good options? Let me know in the comments. Thanks

Hi, Welcome back to yet another blog, It's been a minute 🤣.  Following on from my last blog where I explained how it is difficult for companies to implement information systems, this week ill be talking about companies that used Enterprise Applications successfully to support their business model.  Amazon   💰 Amazon is one of, if not the biggest company in the world today and they used enterprise applications to completely reshape their industry. With the sheer amount of size of products and customers on Amazon's website daily, efficient enterprise applications are crucial to their success. Amazons employs a huge amount of enterprise applications to manage its supply chain, track delivery and establish a personalised customer experience, this leads to a vast selection of products, quick delivery and exceptional customer service. 📠 Ryanair  🚀 Ryanair is Ireland's most popular airline due to its low-cost business model 🪐. They achieve this model due to their...

Search Engine Optimization

Hi Guys, Welcome back to another blog. This week, I will be telling you my ideas on how to optimize web traffic from search engines such as Google or Bing. Increasing Visibility on search engines and the web traffic from the search engine could make or break a business who does not have a huge budget for marketing! 😀 My Tips 1. Write Quality, Original Content ✌ If a reader finds your website and enjoys what they see, finds new original sources, they will return to your site. This will increase your websites traffic and lead to your site being recommended to people who make similar searchers as the original reader.  2. Create Snippets 📍 If someone is searching a question, they don't want to read through page after page of results to find the answer. Creating snippets such as bullet-point lists with simplistic writing could drive your website to the top of the search page leading to more clicks on your website.  3: Organise your Title and Description 📝 Your title and website ...
